Snohomish Valley Electric just finished installing our heat pump yesterday. It was 90 degrees and we loved it right away! I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Jamen was the person who came over to tell us about their services and how the job would work. We decided and picked their company based on the way he went about the initial job description and the fair pricing. He went over where the unit would be placed and the inside units with us to make sure we liked where they would be. He was in constant contact with us before, during and after the job to ensure things were running smoothly and that we were happy.
Each person that came over to work, the installer Scott and the Electricians were the most courteous workers we have ever met. They were so careful to take off their shoes and cover each area carefully, After they left, the first night and then when they finished the job, we would never have known they were there, because they cleaned up beautifully. Jamen came back the next day to make sure we knew how to use the remotes that came with the units and to make sure we were happy. I have hired a lot of contractors and workers over the years, but this was the best experience I have ever had with any company. I would highly recommend them for any job, doing heat pumps, or any electrical work needed. I give them the highest possible rating and am exceptionally happy with the entire job and experience.
